Podium Toastmasters held it’s annual holiday party on December 11th. We had regular members and plenty of guests. Bonnie Dell emcee d a fabulous evening which included great food and fun. Peter Coy lead a fun Table Topics session with holiday inspired questions. Ann Hide told us about Santa’s dilemma and Derek told us why the holidays were so stressful for him. Gord Wilson was honored for his contributions to the club and our two founding members-Jack Embrey and Jack Punter were presented with lifetime memberships to Podium Toastmasters. A big thanks to Jason Wong for organizing the party and to his reindeer assistants and everyone else who helped with the decorations, raffle draw, greeting guests, making everyone feel welcome and helping out with the party as a whole. We look forward to seeing everyone again in 2013 and wish everyone a happy holidays!!
